Poetry Quest: Day Twenty-Five

Do you remember the story of Alice in Wonderland?  Alice's reality kep shifting in strange and perplexing ways her all around her.  Well here's your chance to write about what happens when things are not waht they seem.

Take the LM below to Alice's Wonderland.  Step up onto the platform and touch the green ball to rez a gondola.  When it appears, right click on one of the seats and then click the clock face to get started.  Note that you will go into Mouselook automatically.  Hold down the ESC keey to return to normal view.

Try to write a poem about your experience that is similar in tone to what Lewis Carroll achieved.  For example:

Twinkle, twinkle, little bat!
How I wonder what you're at!
Up above the world you fly,
Like a teatray in the sky.

OR

How doth the little crocodile
Improve his shining tail,
And pour the waters of the Nile
On every golden scale!
How cheerfully he seems to grin,
How neatly spreads his claws,
And welcomes little fishes in
With gently smiling jaws!
